You pay a one-off $1 setup fee
When you click Join, you're taken to a secure Stripe payment page. You pay $1 — that's it for today. This verifies your card is real and active. The $1 is deducted from your first month's charge. If your first month is a loss, the $1 is not refunded — it covers the admin of setting up your account.

You receive a welcome email with your Telegram invite
Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email from us within a few hours containing your private invite link to the Proven Odds Telegram channel. This is where all subscriber tips and full form breakdowns are delivered — instantly, before each race.

Tips delivered daily via Telegram by 10am ET
Every day there are UK & Ireland races, you'll receive 2-3 selections via the private Proven Odds USA Telegram group. All tips are posted by 10am ET on race day. Each tip includes the horse, course, race time, advised stake (1pt, 2pt, or 0.5pt E/W), and the odds to take. Once a week you'll also receive a full form breakdown on our best bet of the week — the complete reasoning behind the selection.
Free followers on Twitter receive one selection per day only — with no staking plan. Subscribers get all 2-3 daily selections via the private Telegram group, the full form breakdown, and the complete staking plan.

Follow the staking plan exactly
This is the most important step. Our results are calculated based on following every selection at the advised stake. If you pick and choose which tips to follow, or change the stake sizes, you cannot expect the same results — and you will not qualify for the no-charge guarantee on losing months. The staking plan is explained in full below.

1 day after month end — you receive a charge notification
On the 1st of each month we email you with the full P&L summary for the previous month and — if it was profitable — the exact amount you have been charged. The charge is processed on the 1st automatically. If you wish to cancel, you can do so before the end of the month by emailing us.
You will always receive a full breakdown of the charge the day after month end. No surprises, ever.

Profitable month — fee charged based on return
If the month's tips show a profit return of 0-5%, the fee is $9.99. 5-10% profit return, the fee is $14.99. 10% or more profit return, the fee is $19.99. The $1 setup fee is deducted from your first month's charge. All fees are charged to the card you used on signup.

Losing month — nothing charged, you stay subscribed
If the month ends in a loss, we charge you nothing. Your subscription continues into the next month automatically. We email you to confirm no charge has been taken. We don't cancel your access, we don't ask you to re-subscribe — you simply carry on.
Losing month = £0 charged. No questions, no conditions.

Our monthly fee is based on the profit return generated by following every selection at the advised stake. The better the month, the more we earn — but never more than $19.99.

Follow every selection
Each tip will be marked 1pt win, 2pt win, or 0.5pt E/W. Use the amounts above — no more, no less. Doubling up on winners and halving on others destroys the maths.
Bank resets monthly
Your 1pt value is based on your starting bank at the beginning of each month — not your running total. Recalculate your stakes at the start of every month.
Never chase losses
Losing runs happen in every profitable system. Increasing stakes after losses is the fastest way to blow a bank. Trust the plan and the process.

What happens to the $1 setup fee?
The $1 is a one-off payment that activates your account and verifies your card. It is deducted from your first month's fee — so if your first month is profitable and the fee is $9.99, you pay $8.99. If your first month is a loss, the $1 is not refunded as it covers the cost of setting up your account.
Is sports betting legal in my state?
Sports betting laws vary by state in the USA. It is currently legal in over 30 states including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Colorado, Michigan and many more. Always check your local state laws before placing any bets. Proven Odds provides analysis and tips for informational purposes — it is your responsibility to ensure betting is legal in your state.
What sportsbooks should I use?
We recommend having accounts with multiple sportsbooks to get the best available lines. Top options include DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars Sportsbook and PointsBet. Always shop lines across books before placing — getting the best number makes a significant difference to long term profitability.
What is a moneyline bet?
A moneyline bet is a straight bet on which team or player wins. In the USA odds are displayed as American odds — for example -150 means you need to bet $150 to win $100, while +130 means a $100 bet wins $130. We always clearly state the type of bet and the odds in our picks so you know exactly what you're placing.
What is a spread bet?
A point spread bet involves betting on a team to win by more than a set number of points (covering the spread) or lose by less than that number. For example if the Chiefs are -6.5 they need to win by 7 or more for the bet to win. We clearly label all spread bets in our picks.
Can I follow parlays instead of singles?
Our staking plan is built around singles. Parlays carry much higher risk and are not part of our recommended staking system. Subscribers who replace singles with parlays cannot expect the same results and will not qualify for the no-charge guarantee. We may occasionally recommend specific parlays as additional plays — clearly labelled — but singles are always the primary bet type.
What sports do you cover?
We cover Horse Racing, NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and World Cup 2026 soccer. Coverage may vary by season. Tips are sent when there is value — there may be days with no picks if nothing meets our standards.
What time are picks posted each day?
All picks are posted by 10am ET on game day via the private Telegram group. For evening games picks may be posted earlier in the day. We recommend having Telegram notifications enabled so you receive them instantly.
How do I know what tier I'm in each month?
The public record at provenodds.com/record-usa shows the exact points return for every month. On the 1st of each month you'll receive an email showing the previous month's P&L, the tier it falls into, and the exact fee charged — so you can verify everything clearly.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — email assist@provenodds.com at any time and we will remove your card details and cancel your subscription immediately. No cancellation fees, no notice periods, no retention emails. If you cancel mid-month no fee is charged for that partial month.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. We never see or store your card details ourselves. When you click Join you are taken directly to a secure Stripe payment page — buy.stripe.com — which is Stripe's own domain. Stripe is one of the world's most trusted payment processors, used by Amazon, Google and millions of businesses globally. Your card details are held securely by Stripe, not by us. We simply instruct Stripe to charge or cancel — your actual card information never touches our systems.
